Real time monitoring tool - RTMT

Hi,

Very basic question here.

What does everyone do on supporting multiple instances of RTMT? I have CUCM, UCCX and Unity CTN with all different versions. For me the simplest way is to have Virtualbox on my win7 PC with some lightweight installs of linux and use the linux RTMT. If someone else does that, what version of linux did they use?

It depends on the version(s) of RTMT. For many, you can just install them into different directories. Some have a pathalogical in-built feature which removes previous versions of RTMT prior to installing.

The safest way, would be to use snap-shots in some form of virtualisation.
