I've started getting XML Error [4]: Parse Error on phones that reboot, after about one minute the error is gone and the phone sits on the service menu applet until exit is pressed to return it to the main screen. Currently I have no services configured. I'm running CCM 8.6.1, my test phone is a 7970 running SCCP70.9-2-1S for the phone load.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Maybe check the device config page in CallManager, see if there is an 'Idle URL' set?

Thanks Aaron - one of the first places i went to - I can recreate it just by rebooting a phone - got me stumped.

Hi Jim,
XML Error [4]: Parser Error is very general. However, from my experience there could be something longer that the phone can display. I mean some string you use in config. Eg. name of the service or whatever.
