Recomendation and Steps to steps for change password CUCM 4.1 and UCCX 4.0

Hi,

Please i need your recomendation and the steps to steps  for planning the change Password a cluster of the callmanager 4.1 integrated with a IPCC Express 4.x.

I need change windows password and account of administracion password for CCM and IPCC(ccmadministrator and account of administracion of IPCC)
