Record only external calls

Hello,

I have configured MediaSense for call recording with CUCM. Now the recording media source is phone preferred and it is recording all the call irrespective of internal or external calls. I want to record only the external calls (calls from and to PSTN). How can I achieve it?

Hello,

You select phone preferred recording. And recording all phone calls.

If you want recording only PSTN calls you must select gateway preffered method and make appropriate configuration on your router.

Hi Oleksandr,

Thanks you. Can you please help me with the set of commands that can be configured on the voice gateway that will enable the PSTN calls recording?. Do  I have to make any other changes other than setting the recording profile to Gateway Preferred in the CUCM?
