Hi,
i'm facing a problem redirecting calls via line groups.
i don't want to configure a hunt pilot, the only thing i need is transfer calls from a person to another.
first, is it possible to use a line group without configuring a hunt group and a hunt pilot?
second, how can i configure call transfer using the following pattern:
I have 5 numbers (5756,5759,5547,5644 and 5443)
5759 ->5756->5547
5756 ->5759->5547
5547->5644
5644->5547
5443->5547
thank you

Hi,
You cannot use a hunt group without a hunt list and hunt pilot.
Also, on what condition you would like the call to move to next extension.

hi
thanks for the answer,
the call needs to move to the next extension if there is no answer or the line is busy.
I thought of using the "Call Forward and Call Pickup Settings" section of the line but it's only possible to redirect to one number so it's not what i need.

We cannot use line CFNA and CFB as the extensions are intersecting with flows required in one or the other.
I see hunt pilot doing the job.
You can make 5 huntgroup and route the call the way you want otherwise i dont see a feasible configuration for this kind of setup.
please rate and mark correct if helpful.

I already have the huntgroups configured and also made huntlists. But the redirection don't work. I need to configure 5 hunt pilots too ? the desired configuration doesn't involve new numbers to give to that hunt pilots.
It's not possible to create a hunt pilot without a new phone number right ?

You can certainly use the same DN as one of the phones, but that would break all the logic if you're using them in other call flows, there is no way to do what you want, without using line groups, hunt list and hunt pilots, and the hunt pilot using a different DN for each call flow you want.
