This is sachin and I am facing one issue which is mention below:
This issue is occuring in 3 production site. we are using call manager version 7.X.
When one site of user dialing a number from Missed call directories on Phone, the call is not routing to exact number its re-route to other site number.
Example: SiteA,SiteB and Site C.
Calls comes from site A to site B user and site B user unable to answer the call.so,its dialing from missed call number directory to Site A user
but the call is routing to Site c user.
Note: Only three users are facing this issue.
Its looks like some configuration issue or might be some other in call manager which i am not sure.
It will great help if any one tell me where i can check in call manager.
