Registering a Door bell system in call manager

HI,

I am trying to register a device with a call manger and it is UN-successfull, the device name is Pancode Voip access control door phones. It is a digital device and I tried to register it as a third party SIp device as it uses a SIP protocol.

Anyone have any ides about the stpes to configure it with call manager, it should trigger a call to a hunt group but without registering it I am unable to anything.

Please follow this guide as this should help you.

Use push button feature from above doc to initiate call to CUCM pilot number.

For registration process make sure you have configured sip accounts in your device.

I have never tried this, however advanced sip profile for third party should help you and make sure the transport is UDP on both sides.
