Registering My 7962 (Configuring IP & No Luck On Cisco CUCM)

Hello, 

Firstly...This may sound a bit daft. I have recently purchased a Cisco 7962 IP Phone. It pre populated with the IP addresses v4 & v6 In the phone menu however it is constantly stuck on "Configuring IP" 

 

Its Probably worth noting that the phone is plugged into a PoE and then that goes into LAN 1 of my BT Router (I was told it should work) However i cannot get this phone registered on CUCM or on Cisco Configuration Assistant. Im entering the IP address from the phone menu into CUCM & Config Assistant but it just wont accept it.

 

Im probably going HORRIBLY wrong somewhere (As usual!) 

 

Please can someone enlighten me into what I maybe need to do?

Are you planning to get the phone to register to a CUCM/CUE/CME or a non-Cisco call manager?
