Dear NetPro gurus,
One of my clients trying to register his Cisco 7945G SIP Phone over the WAN. His Cisco phone managed to show the 'text label' as well as the extension on the phone, but it keeps showing as "Registering" and never actually registered.
On the CME router, we can ping the remote Cisco 7945G SIP Phone fine without any packet loss.
br-orange-1v#ping 10.69.22.140
Type escape sequence to abort.
Sending 5, 100-byte ICMP Echos to 10.69.22.140, timeout is 2 seconds:
!!!!!
Success rate is 100 percent (5/5), round-trip min/avg/max = 4/5/8 ms

And here are the configs for the SIP Phone:-
voice register pool 28
fastdial 3 00478488565 name PeteMobile
id mac 2C3F.38C9.9D3B
type 7945
number 1 dn 28
template 1
cor incoming CSS-STD default
dtmf-relay rtp-nte
voice-class codec 1
description Chris's 7945G
no vad
voice register dn 28
number 82133
call-forward b2bua busy 82199
call-forward b2bua noan 82199 timeout 20
allow watch
name Chris's 7945G
label Chris's 7945G / 82133
We have already done a "no create profile" and followed by a "create profile" under voice register global, but it didn't helped at all.
I have spent a lot of time on this already so would greatly appreciated if anyone can shed some light on this.
Cheers,
Hunt
