Dears,
I'm facing an issue with my Cisco IP Phone 8861 which uses the phone firmware sip88xx.11-3-1MSR3-3.loads.
I followed the instruction from my provider for proxy and registration fields but the phone registration is still failed with the message Failed(No response) on the screen.
I joined a screenshot on my post.
Can somebody support me to solve this issue ?

Seems you are registering the phone manually from the internet.
I noticed that the To: and From: field is the same in the SIP Register message
You have to make sure the SIP URI and IP address to the SIP Server are correct.
If possible, send us a picture of the settings page of the phone.
Also, would be good to see the next few SIP message response to the Register request understand what is going.

Thanks for your help.
Indeed, my SIP provider is on the internet (Ippi).
I just tried again to check and set all parameters but the result is the same on the phone. I do think that the adress adress for From and To is strange but unfortunately I have not so much experience on such configuration to understand more where the issue comes from.
Enclosed I joined the messages file and screenshot of my settings. Maybe it'll be easier for you to analyse.
