related to IP phone 7841 firmware

When I upgrade my IP phone 7841 series firmware with this file (78xx.14-0-1-0306-175.k4.cop.sha512) then error comes with invalid file format &  previous firmware version with (.cop.sgn) this format is successfully installed. Our CUCM version is (System version: 11.5.1.14900-11). Please tell me anyone what may be the problem is & How can I resolve this issue.
