Hey,
Recently a client of ours posed a requirement where they will like to call in and call forward the number. Is this possible?
I know we can do it via the User Option Page but can we dial in to a number (May be Unity) and then divert the call.

If you're asking if there is some way to call in, and change the call forward settings???
No, we have no native means to do what you're asking, you would need to do custom development with something like UCCX to gather the details, and then some further programming to push that change into CUCM's DB. CUC cannot do any of what you ask for.

Yes thats correct. Call In and activate call forward and specifying the number to be forwarded to.
