Remote Destination Profile Name display.

Hi,

I have setup a CUCM 7.1.3 for a customer and they are using four digit extensions and remote destination profiles to mobile phones. All calls are working fine; calls are extended to mobiles all ok.

The problem I have is that when any mobile attached to an RDP calls in to a desk IP phone they only get the four digit extension number show and not the name of the caller. Caller ID/name ID works for all other calls.

Any help would be great.

do you have "Display (Internal Caller ID)" filled in on the line level of the remote destination profile?

Yes, it's filled in with the name of the person. I also have "Forwarded Call Information Display on Device RDP_jtki" with

Ticked Caller Name

Ticked Caller Number

Empty Redirected  Number

Ticked Dialed Number

I'm heading to site today to have a good look at it.

Ok, unticking "caller number" on the profile fixed this issue.
