Any 7811 and 7841 phones registered in our Webex calling environment are unable to transmit DTMF tones to some IVR's. Our orgnaizations IVR hosted in Webex Calling works fine, however if for example we call the Cisco TAC Number:
We are unable to send DTMF options to the IVR specifically when using the deskphones above. If we call the TAC number through the Webex Softphone and dial the DTMF options to the IVR we have no issues. We are using an ISR4331 as our LGW, it has legs to CUCM, Webex Calling, Telco.
