Calling from the remote 9971 fails but incomming call works fine. Any help would be appreciated.

Do you have proper dial peers and cor?
Can you post your config?

Hi.
From your config, I can see only hub router with register pools and nothing else regarding voice.
Where calls come from?
Do you have another voice router in infrastructure?

Thanks for responding,
there are two configs, one from the hub router and one from the remote site. The two are connected over a WAN circuit.
The hub config contains all of the relevant voice info along with tftp files. The remote site config shows the physical and logical port information there are two voice ports 0/1/6 and 0/1/7.

Can you please post the output of a show register pool registered and debug ccsip messages during a failing call?
