Hi,
I have one question. All the IP phones are registered to Central CUCM. Can I know how customer use cue(voice mail) in remote site SRST ?
IP phones ---------------- poe Switches ----------- SRST (cue) --------------------- CE router ================ Central CUCM
Thanks and regards

The CUE-based SRSV solution with UMG has been EoL in exchange for a Unity Connection-based solution. In most cases the hardware is not reusable since the CXN-based SRSV solution requires a SRE-910 blade in the router.
Technically you could configure CUE as if it were a standalone product (i.e. install guide, then build mailboxes/IVRs) and tie it to SRST/CME using dial-peers; however, there would be no replication of the greetings or messages back to Unity Connection after you leave SRST.

I don't think they have CUC, just the remote site CUE and phones registered to a central CUCM. And they want to keep using CUE if the WAN goes down and go into SRST.
In such case, you would need to use CME-as-SRST to configure CUE in there, when the WAN fails and phones register locally.

Thanks for your information.
I still have some question. Can I know how customer extension number (cucm) associate with the voice mail in cue ? Do I need to add dial pattern to route to cue ? How do I config the mwi on/off ?
Thanks and Regards
