Hi,
Go to
1. Device -> Device settings -> SoftKey Template
2. Copy "Standard user" Template and update Name and save
3. Click Go button on right top "Related Links ->Configure Softkey Layout".
4. Select Call State "On Hook"
5. Select Forward all from right list and move to "unselected Softkey" and save.
6. Assign newly created Softkey template to phone set.
7. Reset the phone.
HTH, If yes kindly rate the answer.

Hi,
Thanks it worked well.
is there any way to disable also "new call" cause it says a mandatory softkey, can't be removed, we need to remove it for the agents.

Hi,
You cannot modify the standard templates however you can modify it in your customized template.
New call option comes when you place a call on hold.
In your softkey template, select "On Hold" option from dropdown menu and un select "new call" option.
save the template and reset.
Hope this helps, if yes please rate the answer.

Hi Georges,
Just to add a note to the good tips from Iftikhar (+5 points for your good work here)
Sadly, the "New Call" Softkey is a mandatory Softkey (note the ** beside it in the selection box) and therefore cannot be removed. It can however be moved down the Selection List Order so it is not on the first line. The other thing of note is that as soon as you go over 4 Softkeys in any Template the "More" softkey becomes mandatory as well :(
Hope this helps!

"New Call" Key is Mandatory in "On Hook" however it can be removed from "On Hold".
Thanks Rob for correction.

Hello Georges,
Have you tried to make a phone template like this :
ephone-template 1
type 7931 'type of tour ip phone
features blocked CFwdAll
and then apply this template to your ip phone like this:
