Is there any way to make it so that users do not have to enter there userid and pin when accessing their personal directory from their phone?

Hi
Possibly - what version of CCM do you have?
For 6.x - set up a new Personal Directory service as :
http://servername-or-ipaddr:8080/ccmpd/login.do?name=#DEVICENAME#&service=pd
Parameters:
userid
pin
Set pin as a password field.
When you subscribe it to the user, either put in their userid and pin for them, or have them enter the userid/pin in ccmuser.
If you are on 4.x there are a few docs around that detail what you need to do...

I am running version 7.1.
I will give it a try. It seems like what your saying is that this would have to be done for each users individually versus a system wide setting that would allow people to access the personal directory of a phone without having to log in to the phone.

Hi
Yes, that's it. It always requires authentication, but you can insert the auth into the service subscription params.
