Removing outside line prefix

Hi All, I'm try to configure my CISCO 8945 to work with our CRM and VOIP software, The Caller ID and relevant CRM record functionality works fine for incoming calls. However, the click to call function seems to have a problem with 'dial 0 for an outside line'.  Is there anyway to remove the outside line prefix, or can someone suggest another way around this.

Depending upon the call control agent, you can remove it using a TP, translation rules or SIP profiles.

We are using Call Manager Express

Can't you just route calls out and not require the access code?
