Hi All, I'm try to configure my CISCO 8945 to work with our CRM and VOIP software, The Caller ID and relevant CRM record functionality works fine for incoming calls. However, the click to call function seems to have a problem with 'dial 0 for an outside line'. Is there anyway to remove the outside line prefix, or can someone suggest another way around this.
