Reset CLI (CUE) username password

Hi Friends,

I am unable to access CUE as its asking for username password. Below is the command I am running for the same: -

NRTTO-VG-RT1#service-module sm 1/0 session

This prompts for a username and password but we are unable to contact the vendors who set this up. I cant find any document on CCO which gives the steps on how we can reset the same. Since I have access to the CME, is there any way to reset this credentials through CME?

These are the same you use to access router.
