when i reboot the call manager, the service manager takes about 50 minutes to start.
I think this is not normal, What could be the problem?

It could be file system issues on the HDs. Can you post sh hardware here?

Hi Juan,
You need to set up console access into the server to see if there are any errors. Check the CPU and memory usage after the system boots up. Did the server experience any improper shutdown ? - It may corrupt the filesystem. Get the output of "utils core list" to see if there are any core dumps. If nothing obvious comes up using the above steps then i would suggest downloading the recovery iso for cucm 6.1.X from cisco.com and booting the callmanager using that disk to run a file system repair.
