Hi,
does someone know if it´s possible to restrict the Call-Forward-All (CFA) function on a single phone
in a Call Manager Express (version 10) environment?
The customer wants to have a password/code to be entered before someone can use CFA function.
Is that possible?
Many thanks
Heinz

You can lock and login to the phone using extension mobility.
Usename/password just for the CFA, is not possible.

Thanks.
Is that working in a way that you are able to initiate and pick up calls without logging in before,
and only if you want to change something, i.e. forwarding your phone, you must login?

It works with an an unlogged profile for which you can set various properties. However many customer ask first and then do not use it because "too complicated", so it has to be removed. Full details in documentation.

Ok, thanks - i will have a look on this.
Would it be possible beside from that, to just completely remove the the CFA feature from a phone?

Just remove the softkey.

Could you give me a hint of how to remove the softkey? I always used the standard ephone configuration.
