Hi Team,
I was asked by one of the site to change the ring answer duration on all IP Phones to 24 seconds, so I did this using BAT file and all the IP phones line timer of no ring answer duration was changed to 24 seconds, however when we dialed any of the numbers externally it kept on ringing for 12 rings instead of 8 rings, please can someone guide me what could be the possible issue.

Hi,
Did you reset/restart the phones?
Did you count the seconds and confirmed that they are more than 24?

I am facing the same issue in two different clusters (10.5 and 11.5), did you fix it ?

Just a side note, rather than hard coding every extension to X seconds you could simply leave the setting blank and adjust the service parameter for ease of future change.
