I need know how configure and limit ringing duration ip phone in cucm .

On line/directory page of phone (cucm admin page -> device -> phone ) there is an option "ring no answer" field , you can set there timer in seconds, and you can set call forwarding to voicemail in Ring no answer case so as soon as that timer expires phone will stop ringing and call will go to voice mail.

is that there's a method to apply to all the IP phones.

There is is a service parameter "forward no answer timer" you can set it appropriately.

With this, I am assuming that you want to stop the ringing on the phone without going to VM. If this is correct, then create a dummy DN and do a call forward on that for the Forward No Answer parameter and call will go to this number and disconnect/busyOut then.
