If one is on a 'Rotary Dial phone' and they are told to remain on the line, how do we set this up?

So, what do you want to do with that caller? If transfer somewhere simply defined after greeting action.

Hi Chris,
Yes sorry - we want to route rotary dial users (and those that don't press any caller options) to route to specific extension;

On the call handler go to Edit --> greeting --> Standard Greeting --> After Greeting section select whatever you want to do, such as select another call handler, a user, etc.
