Route inbound calls to specific extension based on incoming caller ID

I have seen many threads on this but none seem to work for me.  We have a SIP trunk to our provider and use a CUBE.  I am trying to make a dial peer that route only one caller to a specific extension.  I have made dial-peers and TP's to try to make this work, but the calls still go through to the original extension.

You can match incoming dial-peer based on E.164 map for calling number. On this incoming dial-peer you can then use a DPG to send the call to a specific outgoing dial-peer that can translate the call to your specific extensions. This is from a CUBE perspective.

On CUCM, you can use the TP to manipulate the call routing based on ANI instead of DNIS using the "Route Next Hop based on calling number".

Look up the terms that I have highlighted.

Attached is the cube config.  Dial peers and TP are labelled 777.  I am trying to route inbound caller id ending in 9736 to extension 8882.
