One of our customer has CCME on platform Cisco 2821 Router with integrated NME-16ES-1G-P switch
Software: 2800 Software (C2800NM-SPSERVICESK9-M), Version 12.4(20)T6, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc2)
Our observations:
1. When Router without connecting IP Phones, it is running continuously without restarts.
2. When 6 IP Phones are connected (PoE) also it is running wihout restarting.
3. When we connect 7th IP phone, router is getting restarted after complete registration of the phone.
4. We have connected 4 IP Phones directly through Ethernet (POE) and 6 IP Phones powered with IP phone adapters, then also no problem observed.
We have tested with two 2821 routers, the same problem was observed.
Kindly Suggest the solution for this.
