Is there a way to grab the incoming caller ID and based off of that caller ID, send the call to a different extension? We have an issue with a large banking institution (Bank of America) faxing a credit processing report several times a day to one of our attorney's voice lines. I've talked with the customer service (Ha!) rep several times and they seem to be unable or unwilling to stop this. I would to re-route their fax before it hits the attorney's phone if possible.
Thanks

Hi Jim,
What version of Call Manager are you running? I know beginning with I think version 8 you can can do this based on an incoming translation pattern within CM. Its called "Route Next Hop by Calling Number" check this out to see if it fits the bill - https://supportforums.cisco.com/docs/DOC-18367
Hope this helps!

We're on 7.1.5 right now. Thanks for the information. It will be useful when I go for the budget for the upgrade.
