Hi All,
I want to get alerts on my mail id from RTMT. i tried this:
System--->Tools---->Alert------>Congigure mail server------->exchange mail server id & port------>press OK
but i am not getting alerts on my mail id.
Please let me know if anyone can suggest on this.

Yes, that is where you set the information for RTMT. One thing you might want to check is if your exchange/email group is using some sort of relay server and if so if the ip address of your call manager is added as a trusted source to send email.
