RTMT Fails to send emails to outlook

HI,

I am trying to setup email notifications useing RTMT whenever CUCM goes down.

I have enable DNS on both Publisher and subscriber.

Added the email server IP to RTMT and added the recipients .

When it did not work I added the SMTP to the Publisher (email server IP).

I created a dummy alarm but emails are not being sent
