Hi !
We have a IP Telephony cluster in CUCM 6.1(4) and we try to user the Perfomance Log Viewer functionnality in RTMT.
We would like to open the RisDC Perfmon Logs from the servers without collecting files on local disk first.
When we select a node and click on Open, we have a popup window saying : "Perfmons Logs not available for this service and node".
In the service parameters on CUCM Administration web interface, logs for "Cisco RIS Data Collector - Troubleshooting Perfmon Data Logging" are enable on all nodes.
Does somebody know why we ave this popup ?
Is somebody succeed to use this functionality ?

In order to see the Perfmons Logs I would run a query in RTMT under "tools" then "trace and log central". Use Query Wizard then select the Call Manager service on all servers, then select the "Cisco RIS Data Collector Perfmon". Runt that query and you should get the results you are looking for. If that still doesn't work then make sure the traces are turned on in "callmanager servicability", under trace configuration -----> Server ----> Performance and Monitoring Services ------> Cisco RIS Data Collector.

The service is well activated on the servers and what is really weird is that we can get RisDC Perfmon Logs from servers from one workstation and not from the others.
It doesn't link with account login. Something should differ between workstations but we don't know what ?
Has somebody got an idea ?
