Is there any way to generate an alert on a specific email in RTMT as soon as the 
PRI goes down in cisco voice gateway

Hi there

Try configuring the “Number of Registered Gateways Decreased" and you set the email address you want to receive the alert in RTMT.

For H323 you can use syslogs, snmp traps

That would work for MGCP and SCCP GWs only as SIP or H323 do not register.

Your best bet is to perform the monitoring on the voice router via supported MIBs.

Hi chris,

We do have One MGCP and H.323 Gateway.what is the steps that we need to do in RTMT to add and activate notification when PRI is down in these 2 gateway.
