I need some clarification about this option. If I open RTMT and use the 'collect files' function (System > Trace & Log Central > Collect Files), is it safe to select 'delete collected log files from server'? I would like to keep the disk space as free as possible and not leave behind any files we don't truly need after completing on-demand call tracing via collecting log files, BUT I just want to be sure that option does not mean we would actually be deleting the call logs from the period we selected for the log file collection. I only want to delete those files if they were only generated one time for the purpose of me being able to download those files to check some call information for troubleshooting purposes.
If I delete those collected logs (by using that checkbox), it will not touch the actual call data and we can go back and search that same period later to collect call logs again if we need to, correct?

Thanks. But just to be clear, it's not going to delete the CDR/CMR records from that time period if I select the option to delete the log files, right? I assumed it creates log files every time I use the 'collect files' function and if I delete those with that checkbox, it's ok because the CDR records will still be there if I need to go back later on and search that same time period again with the real time trace or with the collect files function. Is that right? I just want to be sure I'm not actually deleting the CDR records because I might need to go back and look at those/download again if I'm troubleshooting something.
