RTP Ports Reserved

What does Ports Reserved mean below?

Max Ports Available: 8091, Ports Reserved: 101, Ports in Use: 121

RTP uses even UDP ports between 16384 and 32767. The number of even ports between these numbers is 8192. However 101 ports are reserved and will not be used by RTP. This leaves 8091 ports available for use. Hope this helps.
