Running out of MTP resources, Conf and Trnsfr frequent Problem

Hi all,

i have  a CUCM Cluster that contains 3 server  running 7.1.5. we have until up to 700 iphones deployed. we noticed that  freaquent problem with conference and transfer. when i checked MTP  resources through RTMT i've noticed that all resources are active (24  per server). i figure that could be the reason behind that problem

customer required that conf and transfr should be allowed for ipphones.

i don't if there any way we can deal with this problem.

Add some hardware resources.

i have 24 MTP per server is that means i can only make 24 transfer at the same time?

the only hardware lefts in our environement is the voice gateway. How can i cheched that DSP resources in the gateway is enough for Medio Resources and voice call at the same time?

Do a sh voice dsp and a sh diag and compare what HW you have and what's currently in use.
