I am working with a client and they are having an issue with a 2821 router running CME. After about a day the FXO ports will go to a S_OPEN_PEND status. A shut/no shut on the voice port does not clear the status the only thing that seems to work is to reload the router. They have had AT$T test the lines to ensure that they are all loop start and that there was nothing srong with them, per AT&T there was an intermitten issue that has now been corrected but we are still seeing the issue. Any ides on what might be going on or how to trouble shoot this?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
