Guys need your help and advise here.
As you know Salesforce for Call Connector is not supported any more by Cisco. Does anyone know a workaround?
I have been trying Salesforce for Call Connector but simultaneously using Salesforce and Call Connector causes TAPI issues.
Any third party softwares. By the way this is for CUCME

Hi,
Unfortunately there is no replacement available for the CallConnector for Salesforce.
AFAIK, there is a partner replacement product from AMC technologies.

Thanks Tere. I just gave them a call. Hope it supports cme. Waiting for them to send me the infomration. Would you be knowing why Cisco stopped supporting salesforce, let guess its not stable.

I really don't know why it was decided to stop supporting it. I found Bucher and Suter have a similar capability, you might want to take a look:
