When a End user with Admin Users, Phone Administration and End Users Groups is trying to configure speed dials
for a phone the speed dial page is not showing the save button, Would appreciate any suggestions or help.
Are the user using IE or Mozilla? It can be a Java issue on that users PC or a security setting on the browserSent from Cisco Technical Support iPhone App
I see the same issue. Tried 3 browsers on Mac, 3 browsers on Windows. Tried Firefox on Linux. No good. I edited java security settings to explicitly allow the CUCM site. Still no good.
Experienced this was a while ago but that was a permissions issue with user rather than browser problem which we suspected
I suspected that might be the issue. I'm awaiting a reply from the system admin to check out my account settings . Thanks for the reply.
