scenario three operators standards with music on hold

Hello all,

I have installed and configured CUCM v 11.5.

the customer asks me to set up a scenario for the three operators standards.
we have three standards : 8001 , 8002 and 8003.
-he wants these three standards grouped on line 3000. and the call wants it to go from standard 1, then standard 2, finally to standrad 3.
- when all three standards are busy in communication, and when you want to start a call to line 3000, a waiting message will start.and when a standard of three to a finished call, the caller is waiting
will join in communication with standard.

can you help me please .

You can achieve this using a hunt pilot that uses queuing.  all 3 phones need to be in a single line group for it and needs to be hunted top down.
