Secretary and Manager Presence

Hi

I need to configure my CUCM 11 to make the secretary see the incoming call to her manager and to hear a tone.

The manager must not hear a tone or see BLF if a call comes to the secretary.

is that possible with call pick up group, this option make that available for both manager and secretary I need just to make it working in one way.

Couple of options:

1. BLF pickup

2. shared line of manager's phone on secretary's phone with privacy disabled.

Yes, create a BLF on one of the available line buttons to point to the other person's DN (i.e. manager) and check the "call pickup" checkbox next to it.

for me is important to let the secretary see the number dialed to the manager and to hear a tone when someone call the manager, she can currently pickup the phone, she need to get tone additional.
