Befor applying license i am able to synchronize to the instances,once i uploaded license file to ELM i am facing the security error?

Is this fresh installation since Synchronisation Status says "Never" ?
Is ELM installed on a separate server , just to check reachability between CUCM and ELM?

Hi Aman,
Yes its fresh installation,already done with,initaly status was sucess after inserting license file it shows security error
ELM is not installed in seperate server currently using version 9.1

Hi Siva,
I did not understand why u mentioned about NTP ?
In ELM, under Administration---Diagnostic Logs , can u generate the log and share,if something could be found.
also, can u check in CUCM serviceability --->tools---> Control Center--Network Services ->-Platform services ----cisco ELM client service is running or not....

i have tried this command too admin:license client reset registration
Delete and re−add the instances but still sunchronization fails l?
