I have configured the self care portal in the jabber-config.xml <selfcareURL>dccmpub.ttt.local</selfcareURL>

I have checked that Enterprise Parameters> Self Care Portal Default Server and it is set to the proper PUB server. 

The problem I am having is that when the button is pushed in the jabber client nothing happens. What am I missing?

Hi Donavon,

Make sure that the end user has been granted the " Standard CCM end user role"

They are members of the "Standard CCM end user role" and can get to the portal by going to the direct url. Any other suggestions?

Can you restart the TFTP service and reset the jabber and try again.

Are you referring to restart the Jabber client or the Jabber server?

TFTP service on cucm ( the cucm server which provides jabber-config.xml ) and the jabber client.
