Self Provisioning Help

Hello,

I am setting up the Self Provisioning service and followed the documentation.  The CTI RP used for connection to the self provisioning IVR is registered and works when I dial it.  When I plug a new phone in however it remains on registering.  Looking for some tips on what to troubleshoot.

System version: 10.5.1.11900-13

You first need to configure auto registration on CUCM, do you have that?

Yes.  I made some progress by changing the Enterprise Parameter "Auto Reg Phone Protocol" to SIP from SCCP. 

Currently I can now get the 7841 to boot to the provisioning screen.  Enter UserID and then Pin.  Message states it will provision and reboot. but it comes back to the same screen asking for UserID and PIN again.
