How can a user send a message to a group of 30 people using Unity Connection 2.0.1

The distribution list info you sent is something an administrator has to do. How can a user create a list and record their message on their own without having to access the admin page of Unity Connection? Maybe this can not be done.~

I think a private list is what you're looking for. Private lists cannot be configured from the phone interface, but can be configured by non-admins.
