Hi
I have the following configuration:
1. A hunt group is set up with the operator and then the auto-attendant. When a external call hits the pilot number the operator will get the call first and she is engaged the call will be forwarded to auto-attendant.
2. The customer would now want to set up time of day routing to forward all calls after 5pm-7.59am to the auto-attendant. Can TOD routing be set up for this?
I set the night hours under telephony service and set call forward under the operator ephone and the configs does seem to work.

This is what TOD routing is for. As you have seen this will work...You can configure the time based on any hours you want..

My apologies, but i meant to say that the configs are not working. It keeps ringing the operator phone.
