Hello guys,
I was wondering if you could advice regarding above subject.
I have a GrandStream phone that has been registered on CUCM using sip protocol and its working properly.
The thing now is that I want to enable call pickup feature and I can't find the way.
On CUCM when I navigate to Device->Device settings->Sip profile the only think related to call pickup group is a label "Call pickup URI: x-cisco-serviceuri-pickup".
Is it possible to setup call pickup feature on a non-cisco phone?

Hi,
The generic third party SIP phones can not do call pickup. Many enterprise call features work with the vendor's phone, call pickup is one of them.
