We have a brand new implementation of CUCM 10.5 latest SUPresence 10.5VCS-C and VCS-E 8.5.3DX80All registered and working fine except for DX80 messaging but call control non-existent this does not register with the phone device. Anyone had this issue...

Do we know of a fix for this it is affecting more and more cisco platforms? The workaround works, but do I need to raise a tac case for a fix.

Looks like other vendors have used the BLF to monitor the status of the directory number and furthermore pickup calls from an extension. Do you know if BLF is supported on third party phones. I cannot see it being allowed? thanks
