My company CEO's admin assistance have 8961 phone and monitors CEO and the other executives’ phones. On her phone, AA’s personal number is on the Line1, CEO’s line on button 2(shared line), and CFO's line button 3(shared line) etc..
Couple days ago, AA complained when she receives a call for Line 2 and Line 3, caller-id shows on the LCD screen for about 3 seconds and the screen goes away and she has no idea who that call was for.
Is there timer in the CUCM where I can change so the caller-id screen stays longer? I have CUCM 8.51
I looked around in the system but I can’t find any options.
Any help would appreciated.

You can now change that timer on CUCM 8.6, on previous versions use "All Calls" feature key.
