Why would we use configure the --> AAR Destination Mask & AAR group under AAR settings on the line VS using the External phone number mask on the line and AAR group of the device.Is there a good logical explanation?Thanks

I am attempting to add a new model to cucm but it isn't listed in the drop down menu of phones. Is there a way to update the phone list or somehow add  a template for the 8945 phone?
