We have the following scenario.
The managers extension is configured as the second line in Secretaries phone.
The secretary will answer all the calls to the Manager. If the manager is free to attend the call, he should be able to access that active call by just picking the handset without pressing any softkey.
"Barge:, "IPMA", "Call Park", "hold the call on secretary phone and then resume it from Manager's phone" are not fine with the manager as it involves pressing some softkey.
If you find any solution please reply.

Hi Hajeesh,
I agree with Adam here that single button barge is about as good as it gets
with your current config +5 "A"
If the manager has a spare line button why don't you give him a new "hidden" directory number
that the admin person transfers his calls to. This way he won't have to press any buttons or softkeys
and can just pick up the handset when she transfers calls to him from his listed DN
Cheers!

Unfortunately, there really isn't a 'non-key press solution'. The reason is that when the manager just lifts the handset or presses the speaker button, they will just grab a new instance of the shared line.
The best option is going to be to setup Single Button Barge. This way, when the manager presses the shared line key, they will automatically be joined into the conversation. You will also want to make sure that privacy is off, on both the manager and secretary's phone.
Single Button Barge:

Thanks Rob and Adam for your Reply. Will try to convince the manager.
